TITLE: Process-Based CBT: The Future of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy
ABOUT THE TALK : This presentation introduces healthcare professionals to Process-Based CBT, an emerging evolution of CBT that moves beyond rigid protocols, toward a more flexible and individualised approach to psychological change.
Attendees will learn how psychological problems can be understood as patterns of interacting processes, such as avoidance, rumination, cognitive fusion, emotion regulation difficulties, attentional rigidity, and interpersonal patterns. The presentation will show how clinicians can use this perspective to improve case formulation, treatment planning, and therapeutic precision.
