ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Monique Piderit is a registered dietitian at Nutritional Solutions with her Masters (cum Laude) and PHD in DIETETICS from the University of Pretoria. Monique has worked in the private sector since 2011. Guided by evidence-based nutrition, Monique believes in an integrative approach to wellness where the key to being healthy is to adopt small yet sustainable and consistent changes to your lifestyle.
