PRESENTER:  Kareenna Naidoo (Physiotherapist)

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:  Kareenna Naidoo is a Physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT). With a special interest in pain neuroscience, she combines manual therapy, kinesiology, and pain research to challenge traditional approaches to pain and rehabilitation.

Kareenna believes that understanding the “why” is just as important as knowing “how” to treat it. Her work bridges the gap between scientific evidence and everyday practice, equipping healthcare professionals, organisations, and the public with practical, evidence-based strategies that enhance movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
