TITLE : Behaviour Is a strategy, not a problem

About the talk:

This thought-provoking session invites participants to reframe how they understand children’s behaviour — moving away from seeing it as defiance or “acting out,” and toward recognising it as meaningful communication and an adaptive response. Every behaviour, whether challenging or compliant, serves a purpose for the child.

Participants will gain practical strategies to interpret behaviour more effectively, respond with empathy and clarity, and create environments that reduce distress and support regulation. The session will look at how shifting our perspective can transform relationships, learning, and outcomes for children.
