Sexual health is a meaningful yet often overlooked area of occupational performance. Occupational therapists are uniquely positioned to address sexual dysfunction through a functional, contextual, and person-centred lens, yet many clinicians feel underprepared or uncomfortable engaging in this work. This talk explores the role of occupational therapy in the assessment and treatment of sexual health difficulties, particularly in the context of mental health and neurodivergence.
